Jak was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 having been employed as a paralegal since 2006. Jak has completed the Legal Profession Admission Board’s Diploma of Law course and continued his studies having successfully completed the Master of Laws specialising in Corporate, Commercial and Taxation (University of New South Wales) and Master of Professional Accounting (University of Sydney).
Jak regularly appears in both the State and Federal courts and has advocated for many clients both in and out of the judicial system, offering concise advice and practical legal solutions to advance the client’s goals.
Having completed further studies in 2019, Jak was appointed as a Notary Public, and can assist clients certify the execution and validity of documents for use overseas.
